Fall 2024 Programs

Martial Arts

Back by popular demand, we are proud to once again partner with our friends at Spirit of the Dragon to offer a 6 week martial arts program. In this program girls will build strength and get active while having fun! Drills are designed to improve their agility, balance, coordination and flexibility. Martial Arts is an excellent addition to the Girls in the Game line-up as this sport is committed to improving self-esteem, teamwork and teaching young girls how to show respect for ourselves and others. The team over at Spirit of the Dragon is top notch and there is a very good reason this program is insanely popular. Perfect for beginner dragons and experienced ones too!

Pickleball

We've once again partnered with The Queen City Pickleball Hub to offer a 6 week program as part of our fall line-up. Named after a dog named Pickle, pickleball is a mix of ping-pong, tennis and badminton. It's great for small kids (and old kids too!) because it's super easy to pick-up and incredibly fun to play. It's a little unorthodox, but with the help of our awesome coaches, we we're absolutely *pickled to serve up a *flabjack of confident pickleballers.

*These are real Pickleball terms. Other pickleball terms include: a falafel, volley llama and a dillball, only adding to the delighfulness of this sport. Did we mention it was named after a dog named Pickle?
